Egg in a toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 big slice of bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • butter or oil
  • anything you like…

How to prepare your pancakes:

Using a cookie cutter, press out the center of the pieces of bread reserving the cut out.Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the piece of bread and the center cut outs to the pan.Break 1 egg into a cutout, sprinkle with all of the other ingredients on to the taste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the bread gently and cook to desired doneness .

Easy Donuts

  • 200ml of milk
  • 200ml of water
  • 700g of all-purpose flour
  • 50g of fresh yeast
  • 50ml of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 eggs

How to prepare your pancakes:

Step 1: Flour insert into a deeper bowl, then add the egg, oil, milk, salt, sugar and crumbled yeast. Mix well until the dough is soft. The dough should  separate from the walls of the bowl and it should not stick to your fingers.

Step 2: Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave for about 45min to get bigger. When the dough has risen, divide it into two parts. One part of the dough roll it whit a rolling pin and make circles out of your modl or whit a cup. Do the same thing whit a second part. Then leave the donuts for about 20min more.

Step 3: In a deeper pan heat the greater  amount of oil and slowly insert the donuts. fry them on a medium heat. Finished donuts drain well and place them on a napkin to soak up excess oil.

Now they are ready to serve.

Simple Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter(or 2 tablespoons of oil)

How to prepare your pancakes:

Combine all of your dry ingredients. Then separate your egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the egg whites until nice and fluffy (until  they hold stiff peaks). Then fold them gently into the batter. Add remaining ingredients and stir only until mixed.

Preheat your skillet and brush it lightly whit oil or butter. Pour pancake batter onto hot skillet. Flip once when bubbles begin to form along the edges. When they are  lightly browned on both sides, remove pancake using a spatula.

Chocolate Pancakes

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4-6 teaspoons of cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons of malted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk

How to prepare your pancakes:

Combine all of your dry ingredients. Then separate your egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the egg whites until nice and fluffy (until  they hold stiff peaks). Then fold them gently into the batter. Add remaining ingredients and stir only until mixed.
